Finished SISTERS Angels Painting for my Birthday

Well, I kinda worked on this off and on today.....and finally finished. This was painted on a 10x10 Oak Wood Board so it ran off my scanner, but at least you can see what it looks like. I think this could possibly be 2 SISTER ANGELS....haven't decided yet. Do you think?

TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY!

TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY! YEAH.....notice I didn't say which one? I want my whole day to be filled with nothing but fun.....any suggestions? Of course my MAIN thrill will be spent later in the day with my Daughter and my 3 precious GRANDsons. Sadly I won't be with my Son because he lives in Charleston, SC but he sent me an EGram 1st thing this a.m. , so that made me very happy. I painted myself a pin to wear all day for fun....seeee, I'm a KIDDER [& just a kid at heart].

Also, I have started a large painting of my favorite things to paint....this is the rough draft and hopefully if I finish today I will add the finished one. But here's what I have so far.

I will close with a great Birthday saying....Some people no matter how old they get, never lose their beauty; they merely move it from their faces to their hearts.

POLKA DOT PRINCESS

I have always adored the fabric dotted swiss and so when I put this little dotted swiss dress on her, I remembered seeing "Polka Dot Princess" so then I knew she would have to become a Princess....she resides this a.m. in her own little place on Etsy. Even though her little Kitty has a gold locket around it's neck, I may decide to paint it to match her hair ribbons....I just can't seem to leave things alone! Oh well......

Added a new painting in my Etsy shop today. Looks like "Fritz" or "Fritzie" whichever sex you'd like it to be....is a little perturbed because his owner won't let him get that little songbird in the tree. All she wants to do is listen to the little Songbird sing the sounds of Summer. Oh well.

An Angel and her Kitty

Today was my day of discontentment.....I changed this painting because frankly the more I looked at it the more it bothered me.....soooo, I totally changed it. Now I'm pleased with it.
